Our state of the art four axis CNC tool sharpening machines achieve accuracies of AGMA class "AA" or better.

Wet grinding with free-cutting CBN or diamond wheels to eliminate micro cracking caused by excessive heat, and to provide the highest surface finish.

Straight gash, helical gash or shank type tools with capacity of 4.000" diameter and 8.000" length.

High speed steel or carbide materials.

Certification available to AGMA or DIN specifications using CNC inspection machines.

Stripping of high speed steel
and carbide tools can be provided.

We can provide TiN, TiAlN, or other advanced coatings.
